Spec C3 · Call sheet

Fifteen minutes, timed like a set

Here’s how the shot call actually runs, so you can show up with answers instead of “hang on, let me check my inventory.”

Overhead view of a studio worktable with a handwritten shot list, a speckled stoneware mug, an amber serum dropper, violet-swirled soap bars and a phone call timer under one hard key light.
  1. What you make, who buys it

The quick version of your shop: what’s selling, what’s launching, and what your current photos aren’t doing for you.

  2. SKUs, colorways, glazes

We count what’s going in the box — including the glaze that shifts kiln to kiln and the scent with the tricky translucent label.

  3. Where every image lives

Etsy listing squares, Shopify product pages, a launch email header, 4:5 feed cuts. Crops get decided now, not after the shoot.

  4. The look

Your references, your brand palette, white sweep versus a styled set, and which props from our shelf actually belong next to your work.

  5. Package, dates, the box

Flat-Lay Run, Shelf & Story, or Full Launch — plus any bolt-ons, your launch date, and whether you’re shipping or dropping off.

  6. Off the call

Your written shot list and packing slip land in your inbox within 48 hours. Sign off, then tape the box.

  • Your SKU count, with every colorway, scent, or glaze listed separately.
  • A rough launch date — Etsy drop, holiday market, wholesale line sheet deadline.
  • Three to five photos you love, yours or anyone’s. Screenshots totally count.
  • Your shop link and brand hex codes, so the set gets built to your palette.

Spec C4 · Hand-offs on Post Avenue

Close enough to drive? Bring the box in.

Makers near Lyndhurst can hand products over in person and collect them once the gallery’s approved — no packing peanuts, no return label. It’s a working studio, not a walk-in storefront, so every hand-off is booked on your shot call.
